A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

This is the tech demo for "Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire - graphic adventure".
It was released in 2005 and is a complete short-game, more than a tech demo.
It won the "Best Demo" AGS award of 2005, and was featured on lots of websites and some magazines.

A significant chunk of the full game was developed in our spare time between 2005 and 2009, but at some point we had to put the project on hold. Will we publish it someday? We still hope so, but can't make promises. Meanwhile, if you're curious, you can see a gameplay video of the prologue:

LANGUAGES & OPTIONS
The Tech Demo is playable in English, Italian and German.
You can select your language with the engine setup utility, running winsetup.exe under Windows or linsetup under Linux.

After installation, English is the selected language - you can select "German translation" or "Game Default" (Italian) if you prefer.
The setup utility is useful if you have performance or graphics/audio troubles too - it allows you to try different options and tune the game to enjoy the best gaming experience possible with your system.

HOW TO PLAY
Left click, right click, use your brain with the screen...
Oh, damn. See the Tutorial included in the game itself. It's full of gags, we've spent hours on it, don't expect us to repeat everything here!
Anyway, our game is sooooo user-friendly. You'll understand everything, never get stuck and live happy. Tum de dum.

CONTENT ADVISORY
This Tech Demo contains an insane amount of gags. Take it carefully. And it's packed with an even more insane amount of quotes from classic adventures and movies. When you don't laugh, it's not our fault: it's yours.
The final game will feature a more subtle humour.
